Compared to last week, feeder steers under 650 lbs sold on a light with a steady undertone, while those over 650 lbs sold steady to 4.00 higher. Feeder heifers under 500 lbs sold on a light test with a higher undertone; 500 to 700 lbs 7.00 to 9.00 lower; over 700 lbs 2.00 to 5.00 higher. Demand was moderate for feeder cattle, with good demand for several loads of yearlings of attractive quality. Slaughter cows and bulls overall sold 4.00 to 6.00 higher.

Supply included: 92% Feeder Cattle (47% Steers, 49% Heifers, 4% Bulls); 6% Slaughter Cattle (83% Cows, 17% Bulls); 2% Replacement Cattle (54% Stock Cows, 34% Bred Cows, 9% Bred Heifers, 3% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 81%.
