Compared to last week, slaughter steers sold strong. Slaughter dairy steers sold weak on a light comparison. No comparison on heifers or dairy heifers. Buyer demand was moderate on a light supply for the slaughter fat cattle sale. All classes of slaughter cows sold strong. Buyer demand was moderate on a moderate supply for the slaughter cow sale. Feeder dairy calves sold unevenly steady. Buyer demand was moderate on a moderate to heavy supply for the feeder dairy calf sale.

Supply included: 38% Slaughter Cattle (27% Steers, 13% Dairy Steers, 59% Cows, 1% Dairy Heifers); 62% Feeder Dairy Calves (78% Bulls, 23% Heifers).
