Compared to last week, slaughter cows sold steady. No comparison on slaughter fat cattle due to limited reporter availability. Buyer demand was moderate on a moderate supply for slaughter cattle. Feeder dairy calves sold steady with a strong undertone noted. Buyer demand was moderate on a moderate supply for feeder dairy calves.

Supply included: 57% Slaughter Cattle (40% Steers, 8% Dairy Steers, 2% Heifers, 42% Cows, 4% Bulls, 3% Dairy Heifers); 43% Feeder Dairy Calves (83% Bulls, 17% Heifers).
