Compared to last week, Steers sold mostly steady compared to a light test last week, with Heifers selling firm compared to a light test. Dairy Steers and Dairy Heifers sold steady on a light test this and last week. Bulls sold 3.00-5.00 higher compared to a light test. All classes of Cows sold sharply higher, with strong demand for cows over 1500lbs. Buyer attendance for the slaughter cattle sale was moderate, with good demand overall on a moderate supply of cattle. Feeder dairy calves sold weak. Buyer demand was moderate on a moderate supply for the feeder dairy calf sale.

Supply included: 51% Slaughter Cattle (21% Steers, 10% Dairy Steers, 4% Heifers, 54% Cows, 6% Bulls, 5% Dairy Heifers); 49% Feeder Dairy Calves (92% Bulls, 8% Heifers).
