Compared to two weeks ago: Slaughter bulls sold 2.00 - 4.00 lower and slaughter cows sold 2.00 - 6.00 lower. Feeder steers sold steady to 2.00 lower, Feeder bulls and heifers sold steady to 2.00 higher. Trade active with best demand on heavy weight feeder cattle. Replacement cattle sold mostly steady.
Supply included: 81% Feeder Cattle (49% Steers, 44% Heifers, 7% Bulls); 16% Slaughter Cattle (91% Cows, 9% Bulls); 3% Replacement Cattle (48% Stock Cows, 33% Bred Cows, 10% Bred Heifers, 10% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 57%.
