Compared to last week: Slaughter bulls and cows sold mostly steady. Feeder steers sold 3.00 - 5.00 higher, feeder bulls sold unevenly steady, feeder heifers sold 1.00 - 3.00 lower. Trade active with good demand on feeder cattle. Replacement cattle lightly tested and sold steady.
Supply included: 77% Feeder Cattle (40% Steers, 55% Heifers, 5% Bulls); 23% Slaughter Cattle (95% Cows, 5% Bulls); 1% Replacement Cattle (40% Stock Cows, 60% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 27%.
