Compared to last week: Steers under 450 lbs traded firm, 450 - 750 lbs sold 6.00 to 11.00 lower, and steers over 750 lbs sold 3.00 to 6.00 lower. Heifers under 450 lbs were lightly tested and traded with weak undertone. Heifers 450 to 700 lbs sold unevenly from 6.00 lower to 6.00 higher, and heifers over 700 lbs sold 5.00 to 11.00 lower. Demand ranged from moderate to good for the relatively light supply of cattle, compared to last week's good test. Moderate buyer attendance reported at multiple auctions due to winter weather conditions. The next report will be Monday, March 21, 2022.

Supply included: 99% Feeder Cattle (54% Steers, 46% Heifers); 1% Slaughter Cattle (100% Cows); 0% Replacement Cattle (100% Heifer Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 75%.
