Compared to last week slaughter steers and heifers were 1,.00 lower with a good offering of slaughter steers and heifers, Holstein slaughter steers had instances of higher/lower this week. Cows were 2.00 to 3.00 lower and bulls 2.00 lower. Feeder steers were too few to trend with feeder heifers mostly steady and feeder bulls sharply higher today.

Supply included: 6% Feeder Cattle (15% Steers, 12% Dairy Steers, 42% Heifers, 31% Bulls); 93% Slaughter Cattle (23% Steers, 19% Dairy Steers, 28% Heifers, 26% Cows, 1% Bulls, 2% Dairy Heifers); 0% Replacement Cattle (100% Bred Heifers). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 50%.
