Compared to last week slaughter steers were 3.00 higher with slaughter heifers 3.00 lower with a light test today but better value on high quality steers and heifers this week. Holstein slaughter steers were trending higher this week Cows were slightly higher and no bulls today. Feeder steers and heifers were also trending higher with no feeder bulls today.

Supply included: 37% Feeder Cattle (17% Steers, 83% Heifers); 62% Slaughter Cattle (52% Steers, 23% Dairy Steers, 15% Heifers, 11% Cows); 1% Replacement Cattle (100% Bred Heifers). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 96%.
