Compared to last week, slaughter steers had instances of higher/lower with slaughter heifers 1.00 higher with some good quality steers and heifers this week. Holstein slaughter steers were 3.00 lower today with Holstein slaughter heifers trending higher. Cows had instances of higher/lower and bulls trending lower. All classes of feeder calves were were trending lower with a good offering of Holstein feeder heifers today.

Supply included: 28% Feeder Cattle (42% Dairy Steers, 9% Heifers, 5% Bulls, 44% Dairy Heifers); 71% Slaughter Cattle (35% Steers, 23% Dairy Steers, 21% Heifers, 10% Cows, 1% Bulls, 10% Dairy Heifers); 1% Replacement Cattle (100% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 9%.
