Compared to last week, feeder steers weighing less than 700 lbs sold 6.00 to 9.00 higher, while those weighing over 700 lbs sold steady to 3.00 higher. Feeder heifers overall sold 5.00 to 7.00 higher. Slaughter cows sold uneven; breakers and leans sold steady to 2.00 lower, while boners sold 1.00 to 2.00 higher. Slaughter bulls sold 6.00 to 7.00 higher. Demand was moderate to good. Compared to last week, Fed Slaughter Steers and Heifers in the feedyards sold steady to 1.00 higher at 140.00 . Compared to last week, hay market prices remained steady for alfalfa and grass hay; movement remains slow.

Supply included: 94% Feeder Cattle (58% Steers, 41% Heifers, 0% Bulls); 5% Slaughter Cattle (95% Cows, 5% Bulls); 1% Replacement Cattle (88% Bred Cows, 2% Bred Heifers, 10% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 79%.
