Compared to last week: Feeder steers and heifers sold 3.00 to 5.00 higher. Trade activity was moderate on moderate to good demand. The area received some much needed moisture along with cooler than normal temperatures. Slaughter cows were mostly 4.00 to 5.00 higher.

Supply included: 83% Feeder Cattle (69% Steers, 30% Heifers, 1% Bulls); 17% Slaughter Cattle (99% Cows, 1% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 71%.
