Compared to last week: Feeder steers and heifers sold 5.00 to 10.00 higher. Trade was fairly active on very good demand. Recent rains have made for muddy conditions, but benefitted local pastures.
Supply included: 94% Feeder Cattle (64% Steers, 31% Heifers, 4% Bulls); 6% Slaughter Cattle (94% Cows, 6% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 55%.
