Compared to last week, slaughter cows traded 2.00-3.00 higher and slaughter bulls traded 2.00-5.00 higher, with most of the gain on high dressing cattle. Demand was good on a heavy supply of slaughter animals and a moderate supply of replacement cattle.
Supply included: 68% Slaughter Cattle (90% Cows, 10% Bulls); 32% Replacement Cattle (39% Stock Cows, 53% Bred Cows, 7% Cow-Calf Pairs, 1% Bulls).
