Compared to last week, slaughter cows traded steady to 2.00 higher while slaughter bulls traded mostly steady. Demand was good on a heavy supply of slaughter animals and a moderate supply of replacement cattle.
Supply included: 64% Slaughter Cattle (91% Cows, 9% Bulls); 36% Replacement Cattle (35% Stock Cows, 42% Bred Cows, 3% Bred Heifers, 16% Cow-Calf Pairs, 4% Bulls).
