Compared to two weeks ago, steers and heifers sold 2.00 to 4.00 higher. Slaughter cows firm to 2.00 higher. Pretty good feel to the market this week even with a typical collapse in the cattle futures market on Thursday. Really nice kind and condition for most of the day. Supply heavy, demand moderate to good.

Supply included: 91% Feeder Cattle (60% Steers, 40% Heifers); 9% Slaughter Cattle (94% Cows, 6% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 50%.
