Compared to last week, most weight groups of steers sold firm to 8.00 higher including a nice offering of 700-750 lb steers that sold with the full increase, however the 550-600 lb steers traded a full 15.00 higher on very good demand. Heifers traded steady to 5.00 higher. Supply was moderate and demand was good to very good. Slaughter cows sold 5.00-10.00 higher, bulls steady.

Supply included: 90% Feeder Cattle (46% Steers, 49% Heifers, 5% Bulls); 9% Slaughter Cattle (88% Cows, 12% Bulls); 1% Replacement Cattle (18% Stock Cows, 82% Bred Cows). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 47%.
