Compared to last week, steers and heifers sold steady with spots up to 5.00 higher on those weighing 500-550 lbs. Demand was good for a moderate supply of mostly quality calves with a just a few yearlings in the mix. Slaughter cows sold firm to 3.00 higher.

Supply included: 94% Feeder Cattle (54% Steers, 44% Heifers, 3% Bulls); 5% Slaughter Cattle (95% Cows, 5% Bulls); 1% Replacement Cattle (100% Stock Cows). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 42%.
