Compared to last week, Steers sold steady to 2.50 higher, with Dairy Steers selling 4.00-5.00 higher. Heifers sold 3.00-5.00 higher, with Dairy Heifers selling steady with a firm undertone on a light test this and last week. Steers and Heifers sold with good demand overall, likely due to limited supply this and last week. Cows sold mostly steady, with Bulls selling steady to 1.50 higher. Overall, buyer attendance was moderate with moderate to good demand overall on a light to moderate supply of slaughter cattle. Feeder Dairy bull calves sold mostly steady to 3.00, with Feeder Dairy heifer calves selling unevenly steady on a light test. Buyer attendance, demand and supply for the calf sale was moderate. Todays sale supply included; 263 steers, 171 heifers, 74 bulls, 323 cows, 568 calves, and 191 misc. cattle.

Supply included: 59% Slaughter Cattle (30% Steers, 8% Dairy Steers, 2% Heifers, 42% Cows, 13% Bulls, 5% Dairy Heifers); 41% Feeder Dairy Calves (88% Bulls, 12% Heifers).
