Compared to last week, steers sold steady with a strong undertone noted. Dairy steers sold steady to 2.00 higher on a light comparison. Heifers sold steady to 2.00 higher on a light comparison. No comparison on dairy heifers. Buyer demand was moderate on a moderate supply for the slaughter fat cattle sale. Slaughter breaker cows sold strong; boner and lean cows sold steady. Buyer demand was moderate on a moderate supply for the slaughter cow sale. Overall, feeder dairy calves sold weak. Buyer demand was moderate on a moderate supply.

Supply included: 58% Slaughter Cattle (45% Steers, 7% Dairy Steers, 3% Heifers, 34% Cows, 6% Bulls, 6% Dairy Heifers); 42% Feeder Dairy Calves (85% Bulls, 15% Heifers).
