Compared to last week: Feeder steers 3.00 to 6.00 higher, instances to 10.00 higher on 600 lbs steers. Feeder heifers under 600 lbs 5.00 to 10.00 higher, 600-700 lbs steady to 5.00 higher. Very good demand for this nice offering of high quality, attractive, light fleshed steers and heifers. Many replacement quality heifers in the offering, with many buyers on the seats ready to buy these. Several full loads of steers and heifers, along with numerous part loads and packages. The market was very active, especially on those light cattle to make yearlings out of. Next week, Mar. 30 will be bred cows and heifers along with feeder cattle.
