Compared to last week: Feeder steers unevenly steady. Feeder heifers unevenly steady. Slaughter cows steady to 2.00 higher. Slaughter bulls 2.00-4.00 higher. Quality was average with few attractive. Lighter cattle were in good demand.
Supply included: 93% Feeder Cattle (63% Steers, 30% Heifers, 7% Bulls); 6% Slaughter Cattle (83% Cows, 17% Bulls); 1% Replacement Cattle (38% Stock Cows, 50% Bred Cows, 13% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 39%.
