Compared to last week: Feeder steers sold mostly 2.00 - 8.00 higher, except for in a few instances in which they sold 7.00 to 11.00 lower. Feeder heifers sold 1.00 - 7.00 higher. Slaughter cows sold 2.00 - 4.00 higher. Slaughter bulls sold steady. Some value added cattle sold at a premium. Cattle that have been giving two sets of preconditioning shots and are weaned forty five plus days qualify to be labeled as value added.

Supply included: 87% Feeder Cattle (39% Steers, 42% Heifers, 20% Bulls); 10% Slaughter Cattle (94% Cows, 6% Bulls); 4% Replacement Cattle (38% Stock Cows, 57% Bred Cows, 5% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 14%.
