Compared to last week: Feeder steers under 500 lb sold 5.00 to 10.00 higher, over 500 lb were 7.00 to 10.00 higher. Feeder heifers under 500 lb sold 4.00 to 9.00 higher, over 500 lb were 7.00 to 9.00 higher. Slaughter cows sold mostly 4.00 higher. Slaughter bulls were steady to 5.00 higher. Supply was heavy with strong demand for quality, several consignments of value added cattle that sold at a premium.

Supply included: 89% Feeder Cattle (53% Steers, 43% Heifers, 4% Bulls); 9% Slaughter Cattle (72% Cows, 28% Bulls); 3% Replacement Cattle (36% Stock Cows, 57% Bred Cows, 7% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 22%.
