Compared to last week: Slaughter bulls and slaughter cows sold steady to 2.00 lower. Feeder steers sold unevenly steady, feeder bulls sold 7.00 - 10.00 lower, and feeder heifers sold steady to 3.00 lower. Trade active with good demand on feeder cattle. Replacement cattle sold steady.
Supply included: 71% Feeder Cattle (26% Steers, 54% Heifers, 20% Bulls); 21% Slaughter Cattle (84% Cows, 16% Bulls); 8% Replacement Cattle (75% Stock Cows, 8% Bred Cows, 8% Bred Heifers, 8% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 6%.
