Compared to last week: Slaughter bulls lightly tested and slaughter cows sold 7.00 - 10.00 higher. All feeder classes sold sharply higher. Trade active with very good demand on feeder cattle. Replacement cattle sold steady.
Supply included: 76% Feeder Cattle (40% Steers, 44% Heifers, 17% Bulls); 18% Slaughter Cattle (89% Cows, 11% Bulls); 5% Replacement Cattle (50% Stock Cows, 50% Bred Cows). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 6%.
