Compared to two weeks ago: Slaughter bulls sold 1.00 to 3.00 higher and slaughter cows sold 2.00 to 5.00 lower. Feeder steers and feeder bulls sold 6.00 to 8.00 lower, feeder heifers sold 2.00 to 5.00 lower. Trade active with moderate to good demand on feeder cattle. Replacement cattle sold steady.
Supply included: 64% Feeder Cattle (52% Steers, 36% Heifers, 12% Bulls); 31% Slaughter Cattle (95% Cows, 5% Bulls); 5% Replacement Cattle (32% Stock Cows, 44% Bred Cows, 8% Bred Heifers, 16% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 37%.
