Compared to last week: Slaughter cattle sold mostly steady. Feeder steers sold 4.00 - 9.00 higher, feeder heifers sold unevenly steady, and feeder bulls sold 3.00 - 6.00 higher. Trade active with good demand on feeder cattle. Replacement cattle sold steady.
Supply included: 77% Feeder Cattle (61% Steers, 31% Heifers, 8% Bulls); 18% Slaughter Cattle (92% Cows, 8% Bulls); 4% Replacement Cattle (33% Stock Cows, 50% Bred Cows, 17% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 44%.
