Compared to last week: Slaughter bulls and cows sold mostly steady. Feeder cattle sold unevenly steady, however a higher undertone was noted. Trade active with good demand on feeder cattle. Replacement cattle sold steady.
Supply included: 72% Feeder Cattle (32% Steers, 43% Heifers, 25% Bulls); 24% Slaughter Cattle (91% Cows, 9% Bulls); 5% Replacement Cattle (42% Stock Cows, 26% Bred Cows, 21% Cow-Calf Pairs, 11% Heifer Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 41%.
