Compared to two weeks ago: Slaughter cattle sold 2.00 to 4.00 higher. Feeder steers and bulls sold 1.00 to 3.00 higher, feeder heifers sold unevenly steady. Trade active with good demand on feeder cattle. Replacement cattle sold mostly steady, lightly tested.
Supply included: 85% Feeder Cattle (30% Steers, 42% Heifers, 28% Bulls); 11% Slaughter Cattle (86% Cows, 14% Bulls); 5% Replacement Cattle (17% Bred Cows, 83% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 41%.
