Compared to two weeks ago: Slaughter cattle sold 3.00 to 5.00 lower. Feeder heifers sold 2.00 to 5.00 higher, feeder bulls sold 3.00 to 6.00 higher, feeder steers to few to trend. Trade active with good demand on feeder cattle. Replacement cattle sold mostly steady.
Supply included: 73% Feeder Cattle (50% Heifers, 50% Bulls); 16% Slaughter Cattle (95% Cows, 5% Bulls); 10% Replacement Cattle (36% Stock Cows, 27% Bred Cows, 36% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 25%.
