Compared to last week, feeder steers and heifers were mostly 2.00-5.00 higher with instances 3.00-6.00 higher. Good demand was noted for all feeder classes throughout the week with buyers showing the best interest in long-weaned preconditioned feeder cattle. Slaughter cows were mostly steady to 1.00 higher with a more moderate quality offering this week than last week's notably high quality offering. Slaughter bulls were mostly steady to 2.00 higher.

Supply included: 76% Feeder Cattle (32% Steers, 45% Heifers, 24% Bulls); 17% Slaughter Cattle (85% Cows, 15% Bulls); 7% Replacement Cattle (68% Bred Cows, 11% Bred Heifers, 19% Cow-Calf Pairs, 2% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 35%.
