Compared to last week, feeder steers and heifers mostly 4.00-8.00 higher with very good demand, especially for long-weaned (45+ days), preconditioned cattle, with moderate or less flesh, as grazing season approaches. Slaughter cows were mostly 4.00-6.00 higher, and slaughter bulls were mostly 3.00-4.00 higher with good demand.

Supply included: 81% Feeder Cattle (35% Steers, 0% Dairy Steers, 44% Heifers, 20% Bulls); 11% Slaughter Cattle (0% Steers, 0% Heifers, 84% Cows, 15% Bulls, 1% Dairy Heifers); 8% Replacement Cattle (1% Stock Cows, 53% Bred Cows, 1% Bred Heifers, 44% Cow-Calf Pairs, 1% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 26%.
