Compared to last week, slaughter steers were 1.00 higher with slaughter heifers 1.00 lower this week. Holstein slaughter steers were sharply higher on higher quality Holsteins. Cows were1.00 to 2.00 higher with bulls significantly higher today. Feeder steers were sharply higher with fancy and value added steers with feeder heifers trending higher and feeder bulls 4.00 to 5.00 lower.

Supply included: 25% Feeder Cattle (28% Steers, 52% Heifers, 20% Bulls); 75% Slaughter Cattle (37% Steers, 5% Dairy Steers, 25% Heifers, 28% Cows, 5% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 18%.
