Compared to last week, slaughter steers and slaughter heifers were 1.00 to 2.00 higher with a good offering of steers and heifers and active buyer participation. Holsteins too few to compare this week. Cows had instances of higher/lower and bulls 2.00 to 4.00 higher today. Feeder cattle were too few to compare but were trending mostly steady.

Supply included: 4% Feeder Cattle (25% Steers, 69% Heifers, 6% Bulls); 95% Slaughter Cattle (45% Steers, 1% Dairy Steers, 33% Heifers, 17% Cows, 4% Bulls, 1% Dairy Heifers); 0% Replacement Cattle (100% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 62%.
