Compared to last week, slaughter steers and heifers were 3.00 to 6.00 higher higher with a lighter offering today and active buyer participation. No Holstein slaughter steers this week. Cows were 2.00 to 3.00 higher and bulls 8.00 higher with some good high dressing cows and bulls. Feeder steers were trending higher with feeder heifers instances of higher/lower and feeder bulls 7.00 to 11.00 lower.

Supply included: 32% Feeder Cattle (25% Steers, 53% Heifers, 22% Bulls); 67% Slaughter Cattle (24% Steers, 25% Heifers, 43% Cows, 8% Bulls); 1% Replacement Cattle (100% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 28%.
