Compared to last week, slaughter steers and heifers were 1.00 to 2.00 lower with lower packer bids but a good offering of steers and heifers today. Holstein slaughter steers were 1 00 to 3.00 higher. Cows 1.00 to 2.00 higher with bulls 6.00 lower this week. Feeder steers were trending higher with feeder heifers sharply lower and feeder bulls had instances of higher/lower with a good offering of feeders today.

Supply included: 46% Feeder Cattle (21% Steers, 52% Heifers, 27% Bulls); 54% Slaughter Cattle (25% Steers, 13% Dairy Steers, 34% Heifers, 19% Cows, 10% Bulls, 1% Dairy Heifers). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 43%.
