Compared to last week, slaughter steers were 1.00 to 2.00 lower with slaughter heifers 2.00 higher and a good offering of slaughter heifers. Holstein slaughter steers were 1.00 higher today. Cows were 1.00 to 9.00 lower and bulls significantly lower with lower packer inquiry on cows and bulls. Feeder steers mostly steady with feeder heifers 5.00 higher and no test on feeder bulls.

Supply included: 26% Feeder Cattle (30% Steers, 70% Heifers); 74% Slaughter Cattle (14% Steers, 5% Dairy Steers, 53% Heifers, 26% Cows, 2% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 90%.
