Compared to last week, slaughter steers had instances of higher/lower with slaughter heifers 2.00 lower. Holstein slaughter steers were 4.00 lower this week. Cows and bulls were each 1.00 lower today. Feeder steers were trending higher with feeder heifer sharply lower and feeder bulls had no test today and Holstein feeder steers had instances of higher/lower with a good offering today.

Supply included: 54% Feeder Cattle (3% Steers, 68% Dairy Steers, 14% Heifers, 5% Bulls, 10% Dairy Heifers); 46% Slaughter Cattle (51% Steers, 8% Dairy Steers, 21% Heifers, 13% Cows, 6% Bulls, 1% Dairy Heifers). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 17%.
