Compared to last week, slaughter steers were 1.00 lower with slaughter heifers 2.00 to 6.00 lower with lower packer inquiry this week, Holstein slaughter steers were trading uneven with Holstein slaughter heifers 4.00 higher. Cows were 1.00 higher with bulls 4.00 higher today. Feeder steers were trending higher with feeder heifers sharply higher and feeder bulls trending lower.

Supply included: 40% Feeder Cattle (34% Steers, 12% Dairy Steers, 45% Heifers, 10% Bulls); 58% Slaughter Cattle (45% Steers, 9% Dairy Steers, 34% Heifers, 11% Cows, 1% Bulls, 1% Dairy Heifers); 1% Replacement Cattle (100% Bred Cows). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 39%.
