Compared to last week, not enough steers and heifers for a market test, however a steady trend was noted. Demand was good. Slaughter cows sold steady to 2.00 lower. Slaughter bulls sold 5.00 to 6.00 lower.
Supply included: 63% Feeder Cattle (47% Steers, 52% Heifers, 1% Bulls); 35% Slaughter Cattle (95% Cows, 5% Bulls); 2% Replacement Cattle (100% Bred Cows). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 74%.
