Compared to last week, not enough steers for a market test, however a steady trend was noted on 850 lb to 900 lb steers. Not enough feeder heifers for a market test. Demand was moderate. Slaughter cows and bull sold 4.00 to 5.00 higher.
Supply included: 71% Feeder Cattle (73% Steers, 27% Heifers); 25% Slaughter Cattle (89% Cows, 11% Bulls); 3% Replacement Cattle (13% Bred Cows, 88% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 87%.
