Compared to last week, not enough feeder steers or feeder heifers for a market test, however a lower trend was noted. Slaughter cows sold 3.00 to 4.00 lower. Slaughter bulls sold 3.00 to 5.00 higher.
Supply included: 74% Feeder Cattle (33% Steers, 65% Heifers, 2% Bulls); 19% Slaughter Cattle (86% Cows, 14% Bulls); 7% Replacement Cattle (10% Bred Cows, 5% Bred Heifers, 85% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 89%.
