Compared to last week, feeder steers overall sold 6.00 to 10.00 higher. Feeder heifers under 700 lbs sold 11.00 to 12.00 higher; over 700 lbs 4.00 to 6.00 higher. Slaughter cows sold uneven; breakers sold 4.00 to 5.00 higher, boners and leans 7.00 to 9.00 higher. Slaughter bulls sold 1.00 to 2.00 higher. Demand overall was good. Compared to last week, fed slaughter steers and heifers in the feedyards sold 1.00 lower at 135.00. Compared to the last report, hay prices were mostly steady, demand is good, but movement is slow.

Supply included: 97% Feeder Cattle (75% Steers, 25% Heifers, 0% Bulls); 3% Slaughter Cattle (95% Cows, 5% Bulls); 0% Replacement Cattle (100% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 92%.
