Compared to last week: Feeder steers and heifers sold steady to 3.00 higher. Trade activity was moderate on moderate to good demand. High winds continued to dry out the area causing fires in the northern panhandle. Slaughter cows and bulls were steady to 2.00 higher.
Supply included: 98% Feeder Cattle (45% Steers, 46% Heifers, 9% Bulls); 2% Slaughter Cattle (96% Cows, 4% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 68%.
