Compared to last week: Feeder steers and heifers sold 2.00 to 5.00 higher on limited comparable sales. Trade activity was moderate on good demand. The area has returned to hot and dry, as temperatures hover around the triple digit mark. Slaughter cows and bulls were mostly steady.

Supply included: 97% Feeder Cattle (43% Steers, 53% Heifers, 5% Bulls); 3% Slaughter Cattle (68% Cows, 32% Bulls). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 77%.
