Compared to last week, 500 lbs heifers sold 2.00 higher, the rest of the offering sold 1.00-5.00 lower. Slaughter cows and bulls sold steady to 1.00 higher; Demand uneven and supply moderate to heavy.
Supply included: 88% Feeder Cattle (52% Steers, 43% Heifers, 6% Bulls); 10% Slaughter Cattle (91% Cows, 9% Bulls); 2% Replacement Cattle (79% Bred Cows, 4% Bred Heifers, 18% Cow-Calf Pairs). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 22%.
