Compared to last week feeder steers traded steady to 4.00 lower with feeder heifers trading 3.00 - 7.00 lower. Slaughter cows traded steady to 2.00 lower with slaughter bulls trading steady. Supply and demand was moderate.
Supply included: 88% Feeder Cattle (45% Steers, 0% Dairy Steers, 38% Heifers, 16% Bulls); 12% Slaughter Cattle (87% Cows, 13% Bulls); 1% Replacement Cattle (100% Bred Cows). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 39%.
