Compared to last week, Feeder steers under 500 lbs 3.00 to 6.00 higher, 500-650 lbs 6.00 to 12.00 higher, Over 650 lbs steady to 5.00 higher. Feeder heifers under 650 lbs 4.00 to 11.00 higher, Over 650 lbs no good price comparison. Demand good to very good. Supply moderate. Slaughter cows steady.
Supply included: 90% Feeder Cattle (52% Steers, 39% Heifers, 9% Bulls); 10% Slaughter Cattle (89% Cows, 11% Bulls); 1% Replacement Cattle (100% Bred Cows). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 35%.
