Compared to last week, feeder steers traded steady to 4.00 higher, while feeder heifers traded steady. Slaughter cows traded steady to 4.00 lower on a large supply. Overall supply was moderate with good demand.
Supply included: 81% Feeder Cattle (43% Steers, 1% Dairy Steers, 45% Heifers, 11% Bulls); 18% Slaughter Cattle (89% Cows, 11% Bulls); 1% Replacement Cattle (100% Bred Cows). Feeder cattle supply over 600 lbs was 22%.
